A time we did not want to be in… our hearts go out to all families who have suffered as a result of the attack of this unseen enemy COVID-19. We pray for peace and speedy healing in your homes...

SodaStream is an essential grocery item to many of us. We understand that many of our customers,  specially friends from Europe, the basic daily-water is "Gas-water" or sparkling water which SodaStream supply.

There is an inevitable change to the way businesses run now. Here are some useful information for our community. Please visit this page often, it will be updated often.


For Purchase of CO2 and SodaStream Supplies

  1. Our online store (this store) will continue to serve you. We continue to deliver to your home however, we ask for your grace as there may be delays to your orders. (Physical stores sales is now translated to online, and there is big shortage of drivers..)
  2. Retailers -  Most of our retailers are open for business. May we suggest you call them to clarify directly. We have more than 40 retail partners across Singapore. See our list of retailer stores here.

For Repairs & Servicing Needs

  1. Our Service Centre is open on Wednesdays and Fridays. You will need to make an appointment with us here.

Using non-SodaStream cylinders is not a good idea. All our CO2 cylinders are quality tested when refilled. SodaStream gas cylinders should only be maintained and refilled by SodaStream. Unauthorized refilling of cylinders by third parties could be risky. SodaStream only warrants the safety of cylinders refilled by us, and SodaStream is not responsible for products of any other company or brand, which may damage the Sparkling Water Maker and void the warranty.
